Log into your Puure account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
